How to unlock your account

This guide explains how to unlock your account using the official IF self-service portal.

Step 1: Enter your credentials

  1. Enter your work email address.
  2. Enter the provided characters.
  3. Press Next.

Step 2: Select account unlock

  1. Select "I know my password, but still can't sign in".
  2. Press Next.

Step 3: Verify your identity

  1. Enter your phone number.
  2. Choose Text or Call.
  3. Enter the verification code.

Step-by-step unlock

  1. Enter your work email address and the provided characters, then press Next.
  2. Select "I know my password, but still can't sign in" and press Next.
  3. Enter your phone number and choose to receive verification by text or call.
  4. Enter the verification code to complete the unlock process.
